Namespro offices are located in Vancouver, BC, Canada. They are a 100% Canadian company and only bill in Canadian currency. If you are not a Canadian resident, you can still take advantage of the plethora of domain extensions that you can register with them (minus the .ca) - and at a great cost savings if you are beginning with USD currency.
If you have clicked on the link to compare their prices and services, you will already have noticed that there is no phone number for support. All assistance is provided via support ticket. Yes, you can pretty much get every extension from Namespro for you domain. On the front page of their site (here), you can see the default domain name search covers the most common domain extensions. Click the banner on the home page for the rest of the new gTLD domains (examples: .pro .media, etc.)
My journey with Namespro has been very uneventful. That is a good thing in the land of technology. Support response times to tickets have always been in the 1-2 hour range. Pricing has been competitive, especially for the included features. The DNS Hosting, which I use extensively for A records, CNAME, MX, TXT, and FWD. I wouldn't choose any other domain registrar, Canadian or not, other than Namespro.
